![]() ![]() My USB hard drive with LED lights shows activity right before the Hello screen, but only flashes briefly when the player tries to boot. So I would hope that Insignia would take down the update until this issue is completely resolved. So I call Insignia back to make sure the issue is resolved before letting the player do so and this guy has no idea what Im talking about Not only does he not have a clue he tells me that this issue should prob be fixed in a few weeks or so, but I dont know if it has been yet, my company is really good about fixing these sort of things so if you want to run it you can, but it should probably be at your own risk. Now Im home and setting up the replacement and new one wants to run the start up update. So I turned it off myself and when I turned it back on it would turn blue, flash a few times and stay on but no response, period. I found instructions on how to reflash it manually and will try that wen I get home Please Fix Insignia. ![]() I waited about 10 minutes before hitting the power button Since then my player boots up says Hello then the screen goes blank for 10 seconds, then is says Hello again and repeats over and over. I downloaded and installed the update successfully I got to a screen that said press button to reboot or manually turn the power off I clicked the reboot option my my remote The BR Player got stuck with Rebooting on the screen. Know my tv is saying that i have no signal and it wont do anything. ![]()
